Athlete Management
Athlete management is a central element of talent development in (youth) competitive sports. It primarily involves the career planning of (top) athletes as well as the implementation and monitoring of corresponding development measures. A central function is the coordination of a top-class sporting career with professional goals and the private environment. Research here focuses on the development and implementation of tools (such as observation sheets, interview guidelines, etc.) for (youth) competitive sports development measures.
