For Master's programs taught in German, the DSH-2 certificate must be submitted by the application deadline.
Enrollment without passing the DSH-2 exam (or an equivalent certificate) is not possible, even if you have received academic admission to the Master's program.
For master's programs taught in English, no German language proficiency proof is required. However, basic knowledge of German can be extremely helpful.

The online application process provides you with the opportunity to apply without the need for physical documents. Using the upload function, you can digitally submit all the required documents, such as your resume, motivation letter, and scanned transcripts (if necessary), and associate them with your respective application. Your 51ÁÔÆæ matriculation number will be used for identification.

The data collected during the online application process is required for the implementation of the selection procedures in accordance with the provisions of the Hessian Enrollment Regulations (Hessische Immatrikulationsverordnung).
The obligation to provide data identified as strictly necessary arises from § 64 para. 4 HHG in conjunction with § 17 para. 1 HessImmatrikulationsverordnung.
The processing and use of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Hessian Data Protection Act (Hessisches Datenschutzgesetz) in its current version. The data will be used exclusively for the online application process.
If admission to the master's program is granted, the stored data will be transferred to the student administration system for the purpose of enrollment.
The deletion of all applicant data will occur independently after the end of a semester. Data of applicants who have registered during the online application process but have not submitted the formal application to the university by the end of the application period will be deleted immediately after the application deadline has passed.
