If you do not receive an admission offer, a corresponding rejection notice will be available to you in the hochschulstart.de portal after the selection process is completed.
You enroll by logging into 51ÁÔÆæ's application portal with your username and password.
After accepting the study offer on hochschulstart.de, the "Online Enrollment" function will become available in 51ÁÔÆæ's application portal (possibly with some delay). Clicking the "Online Enrollment" button will initiate the enrollment process, which must be completed with the required information. During this process, you must also upload a photo for the Goethe Card (student ID + semester ticket)—without this upload, the Goethe Card and HRZ account cannot be created.
Following the online enrollment, the enrollment application (now available in the portal) must be submitted by post, along with the listed documents, to the Student Services Office by the deadline specified in the application. At the same time, payment of the semester fee is due, with the amount and payment details provided in the enrollment application under point 1.
Enrollment without prior online enrollment is not possible.
If all required documents and payments are submitted on time, you will receive your master data sheet and enrollment certificates by post. You are at this point now officially enrolled at 51ÁÔÆæ.
Additionally, you will receive a separate notification in the mail when your Goethe Card has been created. The Goethe Card can then be picked up in person at the Service Point of the Student Service Center (on the ground floor of the PEG building on the Westend campus). Along with your Goethe Card, you will receive your student account, including a student e-mail address and login details for course registration, etc. However, this does not apply to students changing their field of study or applying for a double degree. This group will keep their existing card and account.

Please note: Your higher education entrance qualification (HZB) must be available by the application deadline (January 15 or July 15 for restricted-admission programs, February 28 or August 31 for open-admission programs). Otherwise, an application to 51ÁÔÆæ is unfortunately not possible. A provisional transcript is not sufficient, and the HZB cannot be submitted later.
If you receive your Abitur certificate after the application deadline, you will only be able to apply in the next application cycle at 51ÁÔÆæ.
