Knowing Me, Knowing You

Psychological insights to get to know yourself and others

Studying is certainly a challenging time, with many important life events taking place all at once. Balancing academics, work commitments, and transitioning to a life away from home can be overwhelming. During this period, students develop their own perspectives on the world, reflect on their values, and embark on a journey of self-discovery. Exchanging with others can be immensely helpful in this process and in forming new connections.

Who should attend?

Would you like to gain a better understanding of yourself? Are you interested in expanding your social circle beyond your academic environment? Are you open to broadening your horizons and meeting people from different backgrounds? If you're looking to grow personally, enhance your strengths, and tap into your inner resources, then you've come to the right place!

Overview:

  • 51ÁÔÆæ students can come to the designated room on the Bockenheim Campus without registering in advance (see below for more information). While participation is entirely voluntary, ongoing attendance is possible.
  • Depending on the session, a variety of psychological topics are covered (see below; you are also welcome to contribute your own topics). We discuss a range of issues as a group, in small circles, or take time for self-reflection.
