Working method

At our professorship we attach great importance to job satisfaction. In order to promote this, we go to lunch together once a week (optional) during the lecture period, celebrate birthdays once a month (quite intensively) and meet regularly for a team-internal colloquium, which is now called "Walloquium".

Lineup

As a team, we work together with flat hierarchies and collegially. Together with the professorship of Heather Hofmeister we share a secretariat, which is managed by Anna Anlauft.The further qualification of our scientific staff is an important goal. Positions for research assistants are regularly advertised. We also welcome research assistants who would like to settle their self-acquired positions with us.
From time to time, we are also able to advertise positions for student employees, who then work with us as tutors or in our research projects, or provide organizational support for individual courses.
