2-months before your internship starts

DAAD Teacher Education Scholarship

March 01st - March 31st
for internships starting between, June 01st and  August 31st

June 01st - June 30th 
for internships starting between, September 01st and December 31st

October 1st - October 31st

for internships starting between January 01st and 
May 31st of the following year

Booking is possible starting 10 working days up to 18 hours before the appointment. The link to our virtual office will be provided in the confirmation e-mail.

You can reach us by phone during  regular office hours (except during meetings or holiday-related absences). If you do not reach us, please email us (internship@uni-frankfurt.de). 

With the withdrawal of the United Kingdom, its status as an Erasmus+ program country will also end.

  • As the United Kingdom is no longer an Erasmus+ program country after Brexit, no funding can be provided.
  • Since 01.01.2021, you also need a  for internships in the UK, which in turn requires a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
    Research internships of less than 6 months may be an exception.
    If the research institutions confirm the status 鈥淰isiting Student / Researcher" to the interns, the CoS and the T5 visa do not necessarily have to be applied for. Information on applying for a visa for research internships lasting less than 6 months
