Student Mental Health Counseling Services (PBS)


PBS offers support and a sympathetic ear for personal concerns. In addition to individual counseling, PBS holds online lectures and workshops such as self-reflection, resilience, and stress management to strengthen skills for healthy coping with challenges in studies and everyday life.


The online intensive course introduces methods from life design and positive psychology. Participants have the opportunity to reflect on their current situation, recognize personal needs, and shape their lives in a way that suits them best.

Psychosocial Counseling Service (PSB) at Studierendenwerk


PSB helps students navigate personal and academic challenges, such as anxiety, loneliness, relationship stress, or study blocks. Along with individual and couples counseling, they also offer group sessions on topics like exam anxiety and self-organization.


University Sports Center (ZfH) offers


Along with a wide variety of sports, the University Sports Center also offers courses and videos on stress management and self-confidence, plus events to help you stay active and connect with others. You can even borrow sports and relaxation equipment for a quick break during your day.
