Form concerning event of illness (German): medical certificate and a certificate of incapacity for the examination from a general practitioner/specialist must be submitted immediately, in any case within three working days, stating the type of examination. This form must be submitted by failure to appear for modul examinations and to extend the submission deadline for the Master's thesis (here you find an inofficial reading version).

Course certificates for
Modules 11 and 12 can only be completed, if the minutes of oral examination and course certificates are submitted to the Examination Office
