Scholarship Services for High School Students

If you would like to study at 51ÁÔÆæ and are interested in a scholarship or could use the support of a scholarship:

Start your scholarship search early. While some scholarship programmes require that you have completed one semester at the university before you apply, many programmes allow you to apply for funding from the very first semester. Read the following section 'Finding a scholarship' to find out which programmes are suitable for you. For example:

  • The 51ÁÔÆæ's Deutschlandstipendium accepts applications from students in the summer before the start of the first winter semester.
  • The German National Academic Foundation accepts proposals from school headmasters. If you believe that you are eligible for the Studienstiftung, ask your school management about the possibility of being nominated.

Get involved at an early stage. Start your involvement while you are still at school.

Support for students and parents:

The Stipendienkompass is an independent and free information and counselling service. Its team offers guidance on the German scholarship landscape, highlights funding opportunities and provides information on selection criteria and application processes.

AppliCaid is a non-profit organisation that supports people interested in applying for scholarships and is committed to sustainable systemic change in the German scholarship landscape. The team answers questions about scholarships in a free 30-minute call.
