(1) It is possible to attend English-taught courses only. Knowledge of the local language is only required if you also wish to take courses taught in that language. If you do not wish to do so, you will only need to produce proof of B2 English language skills.
(2) Since most courses are taught in Greek, it is appreciated if students write and speak in Greek. However, the faculty also accepts students who meet the required level in English. In addition, Erasmus+ students can earn ECTS credit points by writing assignments or essays in English.
(3) Please note that the Free University of Bolzano/Bozen is trilingual. Basic proficiency in the language in which a course is taught is necessary.
(4) The partner university does not require any specific proof of language proficiency. However, please bear in mind that your choice of courses will be limited by your lack of knowledge of the local language.
(5) 鈥淎 good command" is only required if you wish to take courses taught in Swedish.

(7) The language of instruction is Turkish, but tutorials are offered in English and sometimes in German for all courses.

(9) No specific language certificate is required, but students must have the necessary level to be able to attend lessons and write exams.
(10) The baccalaureate is no longer considered as proof of language. Official certificates must be submitted for French and English (Delf, TOEFL).
(11) A B1/B2 Spanish certificate from is required. For example, the UNIcert certificate is accepted, but the DAAD certificate is not. If you are also taking courses in English, you will need one of English certificates (B1 for BA students, B2 for MA students).

(14) Accepted certificates include FCE (min. B2), CAE, CPE (min.5.5), TOEFL iBT and IELTS (min. 5.5). If you are unable to provide proof by any of the mentioned certificates, you will need a Language Proficiency Form signed by the Department of International Relations confirming your language level
