Each year, the Faculty of Social Sciences
offers subject-specific preparatory courses for Political Science and
Sociology.
These are relevant for the following
degree programmes:
B.A. Political Science
B.A. Sociology
B.A. Teaching degree programmes with elective subject Politics and Economics
B.A. Human Geography with minor in Political Science or Sociology
B.A. Educational Science (submodule)
The purpose of a preparatory course is to give
an introduction to the subject and offer a first overview of Political Science
and Sociology as disciplines. In total, the module comprises a lecture, a
tutorial or a practical class and an end-of-module examination.
These preparatory courses are offered in
the winter semester only.
